Anyone who has met Claudia can attest that she has a friendly, outgoing personality, is a smart, determined business woman who can cook up a delicious latin infused dish, and is absolutely beautiful both in physical beauty and in her heart of gold. She makes everyone she meets feel special and truly cares for those around her. It’s no wonder she has created some of the best restaurants in the area to serve others with her God given talent – most currently the owner and Executive Chef of Claudia’s Steakhouse in Northwest DC. The food is phenomenal and the atmosphere matches Claudia perfectly – inviting, relaxed, and fun! I am so glad to be apart of her life by being able to document all her memorable moments these past few years and I can’t wait to see what the future has in store for her!
