Late winter weather in Virginia is sometimes hit or miss. We either get a crazy blizzard or it’s absolutely beautiful with warm temperatures. Luckily for the Soligan family, we had a gorgeous day for their annual family photo session in Manassas, VA! We were also able to celebrate Rhett’s first birthday with a fun and messy cake smash and he and his big sister were able to have dessert before dinner! Hey, whatever makes the kids happy, right?!
