I am so grateful to have reconnected with my middle school/high school buddy and getting to watch her beautiful family grow. We met in Old Town Warrenton on a crisp winter day to capture the anticipation of expecting their 2nd daughter and as always, the Mathis family was all smiles. Seeing Akiko’s fun personality develop as she begins to take on the huge responsibility of being an awesome big sister is such an amazing thing to witness and have documented for this special family. Time has passed since this session and they have since welcomed baby Kaiya! Her newborn session will be featured soon! Until then, let’s congratulate the Mathis’s for creating such adorable kids!!
